WHILE researching my family tree, I have found a great great uncle who was resident in Northwich for more than forty years despite being born and raised on the Isle of Man.
His name was Clarence Douglas Cain and he was a school teacher in the area from around 1918 until the 1940’s so, I presume he would have been well known.
I have located and visited his grave and his former home on Chester Road, but I was wondering if any readers had any information or even photos of him or could point me in the right direction to continue my research.
My contact email is gary_cain@ hotmail.co.uk Many thanks Gary Cain Via email
