IS there a mysterious/secret method, only known to Chester council, which enables them to run, manage and maintain their seven toilet facilities, available to residents, free from any financial annual upkeep costs and vandalism etc? If there is would CWAC please inform Winsford Town Council, in order to enable Winsford residents to enjoy just one WC facility.

Councillor Baynham (Conservative) advises us there would be maintenance costs involved, yes, so what? Are Winsford residents deemed inferior to any other town in Cheshire who pays their council tax and expects to have these facilities. This is not a very good advert for people visiting Winsford.
