HOW disgusting is it that a Tory CWAC councillor, Michael Baynham, criticises the Winsford Town Council 2020 precept increase of less than 1p per day, which will be used to help with the council’s extra responsibilities, such as the town park, when it is the Tory’s who are necessitating the increase with their swingeing cuts to council funding over the past ten years.

Rank hypocrisy does not even begin to describe it!
