I CAN understand Jean Broughton’s concern at plans to build 1,250 new homes at Tata’s site.

Objectors should ‘demand’, that CWAC Council stipulate the developers contribute ample funding towards improving the infrastructure, including new bridge crossings, which at present are out dated, also new and improved roads, before permission is given.

I recall Cllr Roy Garton highlighting similar problems (approximately 20 years back), when large development was taking place.

Once again, make the authority aware of your concerns.
