HAVE Cheshire West and Chester Council gone completely mad?

I have just spent over an hour trying to travel out of Rudheath after visiting my elderly mother. How can they warrant closing two roads out of one village?

Surely the bypass could have been taken down to one lane.

Drivers were very confused and blocked both East and West Avenue. Who is responsible for this mayhem?
