GRAHAM Evans MP and local Tory councillors want to create a country park in the Dane Valley.
I understand the developers made themselves responsible for the park during the planning process.
This is the plan the council should enforce and not use ratepayers’ funds during the planning process for the building of 250 houses in the Dane Valley.
I asked Mr Evans to support the hundreds of people who were against building on good farmland, which produces hundreds of tons of grain every year.
The letter I received from him did not contain one word about the Dane Valley, but was all about my criticism of him in the Guardian, and his survey was mainly about people helping the Tories to win the next election.
