TODAY I received my poll card for the Winsford Neighbourhood Plan referendum.
I think it’s important that as many people as possible take part and I would like to vote, but have been given no information about the real issues.
The Guardian, October 1, has reported two opposing views of those with a vested interest but gives no facts on which I could make a judgement.
Would it be possible for the paper to give potential voters a summary of the issues making it clear which facts are concrete and which are speculative?
