MAY I humbly suggest two changes to the Northwich bypass.

Reinstate the road in the Bull Ring to allow traffic to turn left once the come over the bridge and take out the pelican crossing at the Seafarer.

The result would be a dramatic improvement in traffic flow without causing pedestrians any real inconvenience as there are crossings at the Bull Ring and at the Police Station.

Will the council do these very sensible things that the majority of people in Northwich would be in favour of?

Or will they stick to their own badly flawed plan?

I will give you just one guess.
