As the days become shorter and the weather chillier, Halloween bears its claws within the twilight of The Creepy Cow Shed- prepare for pumpkins, pizza and the peace of autumn.
Nestled within the heart of Brereton, The Little Cow Shed is a wonderful pit-stop on a drive through the golden colours of the nearby forests; however, as night falls, prepare for the autumnal festivities that light the way!
The Creepy Cow Shed is an event held at the Little Cow Shed around Halloween, it features pumpkins, fresh food stalls, live music, and, of course, milkshakes!
The ambiance of the fairy lights and the peace of the pure nature surrounding the area makes it a perfect day out, or even a date night.
There are multiple places to grab a bite, including a delicious wood-fired pizza stall, pancakes and freshly made waffles, burgers served at the hot-food counter, locally provided chocolate, and hot chocolate made with a taste of their local milk.
Tickets don’t break the bank either, starting from £5 pp for the ‘Twilight Zone' and £3 pp for pumpkin picking, (plus the price per pumpkin). Plus, under 1s go for free!
The event has been held for the past couple of years; and this year, they introduced a new attraction, A Magic Show by Nick Barnes, which proved to be incredibly successful judging by the crowds of couples, parents, and children.
The Little Cow Shed is widely-known for its fresh milk products, especially their divine milkshakes, served with a spooky twist at the bar nestled within the marquee.
Whilst I was there, I was able to gain the opinion of Elis Smith, who accompanied me to this social occasion; he stated his delight at it:
“The Creepy Cow Shed is a great spooky activity for not just families, but couples and friends too.”
