Coleman put his side in front after seven minutes and Winsford looked to have a fight on their hands as their opponents from the North West Counties League First Division North equalised after 31 minutes.
But Winsford never looked back after Pope slotted past the keeper to restore the lead and Birchall netted his first on the stroke of half-time for a 3-1 lead.
Five minutes into the new half Coleman swept home his second as Blues took full control.
Another sweeping finish from Coleman in the 67th minute made it five.
For the final goal 11 minutes later, Pope raced down the left and played a low ball across the box for Birchall to complete his hat-trick.
