WITTON Albion completed a stunning fightback to march on in the FA Cup.
Cometh the hour, cometh the man, as former Port Vale Under 18s centre forward Eli Fisher netted the winner in added time – his first goal for the club after entering play as an 80th-minute substitute.
They trailed 2-0 to City of Liverpool until late in the tie at the U Lock It Stadium but then produced a magical turnaround.
A fifth goal in three games from Joe Duckworth gave his side hope in the 84th minute.
Reece Daley levelled matters five minutes later as excitement levels reached fever pitch around the ground.
And then in the fourth minute of added time 18-year-old Fisher, who had a loan spell with Northwich Victoria last season, bagged the winner at the second attempt to send the home fans bananas.
It completed an early-season double over the Purps for Witton, who were 2-1 victors when the two sides met in Wincham on the opening day of the Northern Premier League Premier Division season earlier this month.
Adam Morgan (49mins) and Adam Rooney (60mins) had put the Purps in front.
