NORTHWICH Victoria have indicated that Aaron Burns' future may be away from the Victoria Stadium after giving him permission to play in the FA Cup for Altrincham.
The former FC United of Manchester front runner has extended his loan stay with the Blue Square Premier outfit.
“I’m grateful to Northwich for letting Aaron stay,” Robins’ manager Graham Heathcote told the Moss Lane club’s official website.
“'We've had a horrendous run of injuries and can't seem to get over it.”
Burns, 21, has made four appearances – three from the start – for Alty since switching there last month, scoring one goal. Before that he had failed to find the net in nine games for Vics, three of which he started.
In fact, his last goal in green and white was back in April.
He is due to play for Altrincham for the next month, and is available for their FA Cup Fourth Qualifying Round clash at Mansfield on Saturday, kick off 3pm.
