WITTON Albion are the latest club to confirm their pre-season fixtures ahead of the new football season.
Jon Macken’s side will play five friendlies – four of them at home – during July as they prepare for the 2024-25 Northern Premier League West Division season.
Their first friendly sees them host newly-promoted National League North side Radcliffe on Saturday, July 13, while they will also welcome Lancaster City and neighbours Winsford Town and 1874 Northwich to the U Lock It Stadium.
The game against Winsford Town on Saturday, July 20, will be for the Reg Hardingham Trophy, named in honour of the club’s vice-chairman who passed away earlier this year aged 93.
Albion’s only away friendly will not see them travel far – they will cross town to Townfield to take on Barnton on July 16.
