NORTHWICH racer Ian Loggie was back in the driving seat on Tuesday at Donington Park Media Day, where he was getting ready for the new season of the British GT Championship.
The teams were getting the miles at a very wet and miserable Donington in preparation for the first round of the championship, which takes place on home soil for Loggie at Oulton Park over the Easter weekend.
Ian has stayed with the same team as last year but has a new partner in Phil Keen after last year’s partner Joules Gounon stepped aside due to other commitments.
Both drivers faced the dreadful conditions to put the 2 Seas Motorsport Mercedes AMG GT3 through its paces, and they certainly needed all the track time they can get as this year is again going to be tough with new cars and drivers all wanting the title.
