FOOTBALL'S slow recovery from the coronavirus pandemic is continuing – and the Cheshire Football League will be among the first in the country to restart.
The league confirmed last night that member clubs have voted to start the season on Saturday, September 5 – the earliest date Government guidelines would allow them to kick off.
Fixtures for the first month of the season will be published in due course.
