TENNIS: A 'High' note
WINSFORD A celebrated a second success of the season so far in the South and Mid Cheshire League on Thursday.
Chris Mayoh, Mark Abbiss, Mark Garratt and Steve McCormack were on court at Knights Grange for a 5-3 success against Hightown A in Division Three, a result that propels their team out of the bottom two.
Winsford B picked up a first point in Division Four after sharing eight sets with Hartford F last Tuesday.
McCormack, Jamie Garratt, Mark Barton and Danny Gelsthorpe played.
