Profile
AGREED to be Paul Ogden’s right-hand man on and off the pitch following the former Northwich Victoria manager’s appointment in May.
Another returning to Wincham Park for a second stay, MacPherson signed for Albion in October 2007 from Hednesford Town.
Hugely influential in taking Albion to the UniBond Premier Division play-offs final under Jim Vince, he left to play at a higher level with Stafford Rangers.
Before joining Hednesford had spent more than six years at Leek Town, making over 300 appearances.
Earlier had been on the books of Stoke City before playing for Stone Dominoes.
An all-action midfielder with a canny knack of being in the right place at the right time to score a crucial goal.
