CIVIC leaders, war veterans and members of the public marked Remembrance Day in Crewe on Sunday.
The parade was led by the United Co-operative 2000 from Chester Street in the town centre.
Cheshire East Mayor Margaret Simon took the salute at the end of Sandon Street.
The parade then took up position on the Civic Square, along with veterans, in front of the war memorial. Following the traditional two minute's silence and a reading by the Mayor’s chaplain, wreaths were laid at the memorial.
The parade marshall then brought the parade to attention as the band played the national anthem.
The Mayor's party was then led by Les Millington to the Municipal Buildings.
