ALSAGER Round Table and the town's Chamber of Trade, are busy making the final preparations for this year’s Christmas lights switch on.
The festive celebrations will be held in the town centre on Sunday November 29.
This year’s event is being held on Sunday in the hope that everyone will find it easier to attend.
A Christmas market will again play a major part in the celebrations with stalls lining the town centre. Stalls will open from 4pm and there will also be a lantern procession led by Santa through the town from 5pm.
The town’s Christmas lights will be switched on at 5.30pm.
In addition to the Christmas market there will be fairground rides and various entertainment including live music, hot food, crafts and gifts. The festivities will continue until 8pm.
