THE Guardian has three family tickets to give away to this year's Christmas pantomime at the Lyceum Theatre in Crewe.
Bringing some festive magic to the venue this year will be the classic and timeless fairytale Sleeping Beauty.
Produced by Imagine Theatre, the show is shaping up to be even bigger then last year’s production of Jack and the Beanstalk – which saw thousands walk through the theatre’s doors.
The show will feature spectacular costumes and sets, along with magical special effects and plenty of opportunitis to shout those famous words 'he's behind you'.
Sleeping Beauty will star kids TV actress Jane Tucker of Rainbow fame, Heartbeat’s David Lonsdale and Kerry Newall, who returns to the Lyceum again this year to play the gallant Prince Valiant.
Jane, who plays the good fairy Azuriel, said: “I am so excited about the panto.
"I love panto as it is such a fun tradition and so unique to the UK.
"Plus I get to play the part of the good fairy which is always a popular role and I get to wear the most fantastic costume.”
To celebrate the launch of this year’s panto the Guardian and The Lyceum would like to offer three families the chance to win tickets to the show’s opening weekend.
