A FREE seminar offering advice to parents on making financial plans for their child with a learning disability takes place in Crewe in November.
Mencap, the UK's learning disability charity, is inviting parents, carers and professionals to attend the session on Friday November 27, from 12.30pm to 2.30pm at the Council Chamber in the Municipal Buildings in Crewe.
Aarti Gupta, wills and trusts solicitor at Mencap, said: "If you have a son or daughter with a learning disability and you need help in planning for their financial future this seminar is not to be missed.
"The session provides useful information and legal advice, as well as peace of mind."
At the Mencap seminar, an independent local solicitor will talk about the options for leaving money to a loved one with a learning disability, ensuring they get all the financial support they are entitled to.
