TV WEATHERMAN Fred Talbot helped celebrate Ford’s of Winsford’s 50th birthday at the weekend.
As the new voice of Fords of Winsford’ radio adverts, Fred was on hand to sign autographs and admire the 50 classic cars on site for the event.
The historic display included a 1959 Ford Thunderbird, a 1968 Ford Mustang, a 1974 Cadillac Coupe De Ville, a 1969 Ferrari 365 Daytona, a 1959 Corvette Stingray and a 1978 ‘General Lee’ Dodge Charger.
General manager Paul Campion said: “With the standard of cars on show we were expecting a big turnout but nothing could have prepared us for the volume of visitors that did attend.
“We’d just like to say a big thank you to everyone who came along to celebrate our 50th Birthday and look forward to putting on an even bigger show next year.”
