Dependable defender Brown became Dino Maamria’s first signing of the summer when he agreed a new two-year contract.

A full back with attacking instinct, he played more matches than any other Vics player last season and is now a firm first choice at the Marston’s Arena.

Endured an unstable first season under Steve Burr after joining Vics following their Blue Square North promotion campaign in 2006.

Form and injury permitting, he should pass 100 starts for the club this term.
