NORTHWICH makes an appearance in a new trailer for the biggest boxing match of the year.

Tyson Fury takes on world heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, later this month.

Ahead of the clash, Turki Alalshikh, chair of the General Entertainment Authority, has shared a new promotional video.

The cinematic trailer shows the two boxing titans struggling to get each other out of their heads.

In one scene, the self-styled Gypsy King can be seen walking down Witton Street in Northwich.

As he passes the Penny Black pub he notices a police officer, an old lady and a child all with the face of his sporting nemesis.

Sharing the trailer on his social media, Fury wrote: "What a teaser before the main course!

"Oleksandr Usyk, I’m inevitable, be ready."

Fury was spotted filming the advert in Northwich at the end of September.

At the time, production staff kept tight-lipped about exactly what they were working on.

Now, with less than three weeks to go until the fight on December 21, all has become clear.

When they meet at the Kingdom Arena, 36-year-old Fury will be hoping to reclaim his heavyweight gold.

Usyk became the first undisputed world heavyweight champion in the 25 years when he won via split decision back in May.

The fight is set to be shown in the UK on DAZN Pay-Per-View, Sky Sports Box Office and TNT Sports Box Office, priced at £24.99.
