A MIDDLEWICH businesswoman has won an award for her support of neurodivergent entrepreneurs.
Kayleigh Johnstone, founder of COZ PR, was presented with the Wild Card Award at the Flamingo Awards 2024.
The awards ceremony took place on November 21 at Peckforton Castle.
Ms Johnstone was recognised for her 'outstanding' work in helping neurodivergent business owners through her agency, as well as her coaching and mentoring services.
More than 500 people from across the country were nominated for an award, with just nine available.
An independent judging panel assessed Ms Johnstone's entry before she was shortlisted as a finalist.
The sponsor of the Wild Card category reviewed her entry, making up 80 per cent of the final vote, with a public vote making up the remaining 20 per cent.
Ms Johnstone said: "When I was initially nominated by one of my clients, I was incredibly moved, and that nomination alone felt like enough - the difference I make had been recognised.
"To not only be in a room with so many incredible, talented women, but to actually win is an incredible feeling, and testament to the work my team and I put in and the businesses we transform through our support."
