TWO people have been rescued from an abandoned building.
Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service was called to Winsford this morning.
It follows reports of two people stuck on the second floor of a disused building off Rilshaw Lane.
One engine, from the Winsford station, arrived at the scene shortly after a 10am.
A CFRS spokesperson said: “Firefighters rescued two people from the second storey of a disused building using a ladder.”
This incident comes after two teenagers had to be rescued from the roof of the Weaver Square Shopping Precinct in Northwich last week.
