A MAN had a lucky escape after a car rolled off a recovery truck and hit him.
The incident happened on Winnington Street at 8.39pm on Thursday, November 14.
The man was taken to hospital but fortunately was not hurt.

A spokesman for Cheshire Police said: “A car which was being recovered onto a truck rolled back and collided with a man.
“The man was checked over at hospital but doesn’t appear to have any injuries.”
Winnington Street was cordoned off whilst emergency services dealt with the incident.
