Every week, the Northwich & Winsford Guardian publishes death notices and funeral announcements from the families of loved ones who have died.
As well as appearing in print, our death notice pages will remain online as a lasting tribute to the memory of those we have lost.

Kathryn Stedman
Previously of Barnton, Kathryn sadly died peacefully on October 27 at St Luke's Hospice, Winsford.
Kathryn was the beloved wife of the late Robert, mum to Tracey and Karen, and a much-loved granny to Adam, Katie and Emma-Jane, and also great-granny to Millie.
A private family service at Vale Royal Crematorium, followed by a service of Thanksgiving at Little Leigh Baptist Chapel where all are welcome to be held on Tuesday, November 19, at 2.30pm.
Family flowers only but donations taken for Macmillan and St Luke’s.

Iris Linegar
The 88-year-old, formerly of Highbank Road, Northwich, died on October 12 at St Stephen's Nursing Home.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, November 18, at Vale Royal Crematorium, at 10am.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers will be kindly received for St Luke's Hospice or The Christie NHS Foundation Trust.

Kathleen and John Kettle

Christopher Hampson
The 76-year-old, of Weaverham, died peacefully on November 3.
Chris was the beloved husband of the late Helen Laura and a much-loved father and grandfather.
Funeral service to be held at St Mary’s Church, Weaverham on Friday, November 22, at 11am followed by burial in the churchyard.

Mary Christine Taylor
Mary died peacefully at home in Appleton on November 12.
A former organist at Antrobus Church, Mary was the beloved wife of Chris and much-loved mum of Iain and Rosemary.

Elizabeth 'Betty' Cope
The 100-year-old, formerly of Stirling, Winnington and Hartford, died peacefully at Redwalls Nursing Home on October 29 surrounded by her family.
Betty was the beloved wife of the late George, much-loved mum of June, Liz and the late Douglas, and mother-in-law to Michael, Geoff and Jan.
She was also a loving grandmother and great-grandmother and will be missed by all of her family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at St John’s Church, Hartford, on Wednesday, November 20, at 11am followed by interment at Northwich Cemetery.

Stanley George Cooper
The 92-year-old, of Winsford, died in Leighton Hospital on October 24.
Stanley will be sadly missed by his beloved wife, their dear son and his partner, plus family and friends.
The funeral took place on Monday, November 11, at Vale Royal Crematorium. Donations were made to St Luke's Hospice, Winsford.
Christopher Steel
The 71-year-old, died suddenly on October 31.
The cremation service will take place at noon on Tuesday, December 3, at Vale Royal Crematorium, Shurlach Lane, Davenham.
No flowers please, any donations to British Heart Foundation.
