TWO teenagers have been arrested after reports of a stabbing in Winsford.
Emergency services, including the air ambulance, were called to Delamere Street at 10.52am on Monday, November 11.
Two men were found at the scene with 'minor' injuries and were taken to hospital for further treatment.
An investigation into the incident was launched and police have since taken two people into custody.
A police spokeswoman confirmed a 19-year-old man and a boy, aged 17, were arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent.
She added: “At 10.52am on November 11, police were called to reports of a stabbing on Delamere Street in Winsford.
"Two men sustained minor injuries as a result and have been taken to hospital in an ambulance.
"Road closures were in place on Delamere Street while officers conducted their enquiries.
"We believe this to be an isolated incident. Anyone with any information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting IML 1960475."
