FITNESS lovers in Northwich can look forward a new ‘premier’ exercise option to help with their post-festive wellness goals.

Bodhi Club reformer Pilates studio, which opened its first ‘boutique’ fitness outlet in Dunham Massey in 2023, is expanding its offering into Winnington.

Owned and run by friends and business partners, Zoe Luscombe and Danielle Hogan, it’s the ideal place for those who like to take their workouts in style.

Reformer Pilates is true to the principles of the traditional mat version, but incorporates a piece of fitness machinery, called a reformer.

It has a foot bar, carriage, pulleys, and five springs of varying tension which can be adjusted to suit different fitness levels and mobility needs.

The new studio is set to open on January 11 to catch the annual post-festive exercise boom, and will incorporate an aesthetics salon, Halo, offering clients beauty treatments including lashes, brows, and fine line tattoos.
