RESIDENTS are being asked to share their views to help improve pharmacies.
Cheshire West and Chester Council’s Health and Wellbeing Board has launched a survey to find out what residents think about pharmacies in the borough.
Anyone who uses pharmacy services in the area is invited to take part by sharing their thoughts and experiences, with the aim of making sure they continue to meet the community’s needs.
Chair of the Health and Wellbeing Board, council leader Louise Gittins, said: “Pharmacies are a really important part of local health services, alongside GPs and hospitals.
“We need to ask residents for their views and experiences so that we can make sure pharmacies meet what communities need, now and in the future.”

The Health and Wellbeing Board conducts a Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment every three years.
With people’s needs always changing, this is done to ensure pharmacy services adapt to fulfil them.
The current survey will help to inform the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment for 2025.
It takes around 15 minutes to fill out and can be completed up until December 1.
