FAMILIES are invited to fundraising bonfire and fireworks display in aid of a cricket club.
Middlewich Cricket Club's annual Bonfire and Fireworks event takes place from 6pm on Saturday, November 2.
Volunteers will be working hard that morning to build the bonfire, along with carrying out other extensive preparations.
Club chairman Dave Parry is looking forward to welcoming people to the event at the club's ground in Croxton Lane.
He said: "We want all attendees to really enjoy the evening and help the club with much needed fundraising.
"This is an event which we hope will raise money to reinvest into the support of cricket for all ages and genders, as well as essential maintenance and upkeep of the club's ground and facilities.
"The fireworks display will again be carried out by Fantazia Pyrotechnics who always provide a fantastic display year on year."
Gates will open for the event at 6pm, with bonfire being lit at approximately 7.30pm, ahead of the fireworks display at around 8pm.
Multiple catering outlets will be available on site with a wide variety of delicious street food and drinks.
Security staff and first aiders will also be present for public safety reasons.
