A ‘PROUD’ nursery in Winnington is celebrating two decades ‘dedicated service’ to its community with a jam-packed family fun day.
Since opening its doors on Winnington Lane in 2004, Little Angels Day Nursery and Preschool has helped hundreds of tots take their first steps in learning and development.
With a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating and a focus on play-based learning, outdoor exploration, and emotional development for its six-month to five-year-olds, Little Angels has become an integral part of the local community over the years.
To mark this special birthday, staff and kids will be hosting a jam-packed family fun day on Saturday, November 16, inviting families past, present, and event future to join in the celebrations.
Activities including sessions by Rhythm Time, entertainment from Hula Daze, and special surprise guests.
There’ll also be crafts and outdoor play, and even a ‘memory wall’ where families and staff members can share their cherished memories from the past two decades.
Nursery Manager, Tina Smith, said: "We are so proud of everything we have accomplished so far.
“Our anniversary is not only a chance to celebrate but also an opportunity to look forward to the future.
“We want to continue to innovate, creating the best possible environment for our children to learn and grow."
“It’s also an opportunity to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the families, staff members, and partners who have been a part of our journey over the past 20 years."

Tina added: “The nursery looks forward to welcoming future generations to come, helping each child to grow and thrive as they take their first steps in life.
"We aim to create an environment which is homely, comforting, secure, yet exciting, and to deliver care and education through nurturing relationships and strong communication.”
