A BIKER was taken to hospital following a crash.
Emergency services were called to Oakmere on Sunday (October 13) following reports of a crash on the A556.
Arriving at the scene, at the Abbey Lane junction, shortly after 1pm Cheshire Police officers found a red and black Suzuki motorcycle and a silver Nissan had collided.
The rider of the bike was treated by paramedics before being taken to Leighton Hospital.
A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: “At 1.15pm on Sunday, October 13, police were called to reports of a collision on the A556 at the junction of Abbey Lane, Oakmere.
“Officers attended and found there had been a collision between a silver Nissan and a red and black Suzuki motorcycle.
“The rider of the bike was treated by paramedics and taken to Leighton Hospital, his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.”
