A SUPERMARKET in Northwich is set to reopen this week after closing for a refurbishment.
Aldi in Leicester Street shut its doors to customers on Sunday, September 29, for a five-day makeover to take place.
The changes and upgrades are being made to improve customers' all-round shopping experience and make the store more sustainable.
Once the refurbishment is completed, the store will reopen to welcome customers on Friday, October 4.
Store manager Andrea Jenkinson said: "The store is looking fantastic.
"We are really looking forward to welcoming back some familiar faces, as well as new customers, and supplying our local community with the everyday amazing products we have available."
Changes at the store, which employs 45 people, include increased chiller space, complete with new fridge doors to reduce energy consumption.
Also, additional room will be made for Specialbuys, while the health and beauty and bakery sections will be re-designed for a modernised look.
During its reopening week, the Northwich store will be offering a range of kitchen essentials such as an air fryer for £39.99, a soup maker for £19.99 and oven dishes for £6.99.
