A NORTHWICH woman's search for love has sadly come to a disappointing end on the UK version of a dating show.

Resident Natasha Waters was one of 30 singletons taking part in the inaugural Love Is Blind: UK, which can be found on Netflix.

Hosted by married couple Matt and Emma Willis, contestants enter pods where they look for love and get engaged, all before meeting each other in person.

The couples are then put to the test as they jet off to a romantic retreat before being hit with a reality check when they return home with their new fiancé.

Natasha, a 32-year-old careers coordinator, came into the show having been single for two and a half years.

She was with her ex for five years before deciding to go their separate ways during the Covid-19 lockdown, when they realised they didn’t have much in common anymore.

Since then, she has gone through a transformation ‘inside and out’.

Unfortunately, things didn’t quite pan out with her fellow contestant Tom, as Natasha made a teary exit in episode four of the series.

“It’s hard to talk about, as I understand where he’s coming from,” she said.

“But it’s like this undeniable connection that I can’t explain.”

Natasha added: “Walking out of this experiment, I always felt like I spent so long building up my confidence. I feel like a long time like I have had very little,” she said.

“Doesn’t matter what I look like. I know I’ve got a good heart.”
