A MAN suffered life-threatening injuries in a 'serious' motorbike crash in Davenham.
The crash happened shortly after 4.40pm on Friday, July 26, on the A533 at the junction with Jack Lane.
Police were called to reports of a crash involving a white Honda motorbike and a white Mitsubishi Outlander.
The rider, a 55-year-old local man, sustained life-threatening injuries and remains in a serious condition in hospital where he is receiving treatment.
Enquiries are ongoing, and officers are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision or anyone with any dashcam footage of the incident.
Inspector Steve Griffiths, of the serious and complex investigation unit said: “This was a serious collision which has left a man with life-threatening injuries, and we’re committed to doing all we can to establish what took place.
“As part of our investigation, we are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who may have dashcam footage of it.
“We’re also keen to hear from anyone who thinks they may have any dashcam footage of the vehicles involved in the minutes prior to the collision.”
