A WOMAN has been taken to hospital following a crash in Northwich.
Cheshire Police were called to Manchester Road this morning following reports of a crash near the Lambs Wharf pub.
Upon arrival officers found three vehicles had been involved in the collision.
One person had to be taken to hospital with minor injuries.
A spokesperson for Cheshire Police said: “At 8.05am on police were called to reports of a collision on Manchester Road, Northwich.
“Officers attended and found there had been a collision between three cars near to the Lamb public house.
“A woman was taken to hospital with minor injuries and the road was cleared by 9.12am.”
It is understood the road had to be closed for a short period, causing heavy traffic in the area.
