Every week, the Northwich & Winsford Guardian publishes death notices and funeral announcements from the families of loved ones who have died.

It's been four years Brian since you were taken from us. You are dearly missed so very much, are in our thoughts every single day and will be forever in our hearts.

Joan Bottomley

The 90-year-old, of Hartford, died peacefully on March 29.

Joan was the devoted wife of Brian, much-loved mother of Michael and Andrew, grandmother to Julia, Andrew and Tomos, and great-grandmother to Imogen.

Funeral service and committal at Vale Royal Crematorium on Thursday, April 11, at 1pm.

Peter James

The retired police sergeant in Northwich died peacefully in hospital aged 80 on March 31 after a short illness.

Peter, a former chairman of Northwich Cricket Club, was the much-loved husband of the late Carol, father of Simon and Kirstie, grandfather of Harriet, Evie, Mia and Charlie and brother of Elizabeth.

Maureen Jackson

The 75-year-old sadly died on March 20 at her Winsford home surrounded by her family.

Maureen was a loving wife to Peter and mum to Nancy. A celebration of her life will take place on Tuesday, April 16, at 1pm at Vale Royal Crematorium.
