A MIDDLEWICH teen who harassed a woman for more than two months before attacking her at her home has been fined £76.
Savanna Butler, of Southway, caused actual bodily harm to her victim and damaged her TV, a mirror, and an internal wall during an attack at her home on August 10, 2023.
In total, the 19-year-old caused £600 worth of property damage in the attack.
She also harassed the same woman with phone calls between August and October that year.
Butler appeared before Warrington magistrates’ for sentencing on Friday, March 15, after pleading guilty to one count each of assault causing actual bodily harm, criminal damage, and harassment without violence on February 16.
She was handed a two-year community order, which includes 25 rehabilitation activity requirement days, and ordered to pay her victim £400 compensation.
By way of punishment, magistrates ordered her to pay a £76 fine.
They also made a two-year restraining order in favour of her victim, banning Butler from contacting her by any means, or enter her street in Middlewich.
