A LUXURY caravan stolen in Cheshire was found more than 200 miles away.
The vehicle was reported stolen from a farmyard on Saturday (February 3), but police received a tip-off a few days later that it had made its way to Dartford in Kent.
The stolen caravan was then found the following Saturday by Kent Police’s rural task force, with the help of a drone.
Two people found inside the caravan were subsequently arrested.
A Kent Police spokesman said: "A constable deployed a drone to help view possible locations where it may be parked, and the caravan was successfully found in Darenth Wood Road, Dartford.
"Patrols attended the location and inside the vehicle they found a 23-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman.
"They were both arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods and theft."
The suspects have been bailed until May 8 while enquiries continue.
