YOUNG people keen on the theatre are being invited to take part in a new project.
The Grange Theatre in Hartford is launching the 'Young Company' to allow youths to 'grow their experience and love of theatre'.
Term time weekly sessions will begin from Tuesday, April 16, and take place between 7pm and 9pm.
A spokesman for the Bradburns Lane theatre said: "The Young Company will form an ensemble and work together to perform and create new work.
"This could be devising in response to a stimulus, staging a new play, or creating a new version of a classic text.
"Whatever is chosen, the Grange Theatre's Young Company will create work that allows their voice to be heard.
Led by artistic director Thomas Frith, the Young Company will look to 'tell stories in contemporary and relevant ways'.
The Young Company is open to 14 to 21-year-olds. To apply, please email theatre@thegrangetheatre.com.
