SNOW has blanketed Mid Cheshire.
Cold Arctic air has brought freezing temperatures and snow to the north west of England.
For many, this has caused disruption, with treacherous conditions on the roads.
However, it is also quite undeniably stunning and Guardian Camera Club members have been out in force capturing some of this beauty.

Met Office forecast for Northwich
It's set to be a slightly warmer day in Northwich, with highs of 4°C and rain forecast for Tuesday evening (January 16).
However, temperatures drop again on Wednesday, going as low as -4°C come 8pm.
There is also a chance of more snow in the early hours of Thursday morning.
A yellow Met Office weather warning will remain in place until Friday (January 19).
"Snow showers across parts of west Wales initially, will increasingly affect northwest England later. Some travel disruption is likely," reads the Met Office website.
"A small chance that untreated pavements and cycle paths become impassable.
"A small chance of injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces
"There is a small chance of travel delays on roads with some stranded vehicles and passengers, along with delayed or cancelled rail and air travel."
