POLICE are continuing to hunt down a man who failed to show up in court.
Officers in Cheshire have renewed an appeal for information regarding the whereabouts of David Herd.
It comes a month after the initial appeal, launhced when the 42-year-old from Rudheath failed to appear in court.
It is understood he had been charged with a "breach of peace".
As well as Northwich, Herd is believed to have links to Scotland, with his court appearance due to take place at Campbeltown Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court.
He is described as white, 5’11” tall, of proportionate build with short, brown hair.
