A PUB is planning more festive fun following the success of its first ever Christmas market.
The Coachman in Hartford welcomed dozens of shoppers when it hosted the market last weekend.
It proved so popular that they have now decided to host another in the run up to the big day.
“We would like to share some great news, we are going to hold another Christmas Marker after the first one was such a big success,” said restaurant manager Kasia Mazurkiewicz.
The market will once again be free-to-enter and will feature a wide variety of stalls, with the pub setting up its own store offering mulled wine and festive treats.
There will also be a raffle and rides for children.
Kasia came up with the idea to host a Christmas market as a way of engaging with the local community.
She said: “As a family-friendly pub, I thought it would be a great opportunity to meet all our lovely guests in a festive mood.”
Her husband, Pawel, and business partner Jan Horky took over the Coachman in February.
Jan comes from the Czech Republic and Paweł from Poland, with both having lived with their families in England for the last 10 years or so.
