A FASHION designer from Northwich had his dream come true as Shania Twain donned his creation.
The Queen of Country Pop played to a packed-out AO Manchester Arena on Monday night (September 26) wearing a dazzling pink outfit created by Northwich’s own, PRIMAEWAN.
Ewan created the outfit after meeting Shania at a meet-and-greet earlier this year and took to Instagram ahead of her show with the hope of getting her attention.
“I met you in London for the album signing this year and you said you loved my jacket I made,” he posted to the social media platform.
“I’m seeing you in Manchester on Monday and it’d be a dream for you to wear one of my designs!
“It’s yours if you want it.”
Five-time Grammy Award winner Shania took Ewan up on his offer and even put her own twist on the outfit, adding huge flowing shoulders to his creation.
The excitement didn’t end there for Ewan, who was then invited on stage to join her for a rendition of his favourite.
And so, Ewan belted out the chorus to Life’s About to Get Good to the 20,000-odd in attendance.
"I don't think I've ever been so pink, ever in my life, I'm loving this!" Shania, 58, told the crowd.
“I feel very privileged that I’m wearing the inspiration and I just love the shoulders they’re so cool and wide and I wanted to make more of it with the arms and the fans.
“We’re just having fun here!”

Emma-leigh Quinn, who captured the moment and shared it on TikTok, said: "I just loved the outfit and the fact Shania actually wore it for all bar the final two songs when she wore the original outfit from the Man! I Feel Like a Woman music video."
Taking to Instagram after the show, Ewan added: “Meeting my biggest idol and Shania wearing my outfit is the biggest dream come true. Thank you so much!”
“This is seriously surreal.”
The European leg of Shania’s tour comes to a close this week with two more shows, in Birmingham and Leeds, before she heads over to the States.
