POLICE detectives have launched an investigation following a burglary in Middlewich.

Cheshire Police are appealing for help from the public as part of an investigation into a burglary in Moss Drive.

Officers were called shortly before 10.40pm on Monday (July 31), with the caller believing the burglary to have happened some time between 3pm and 9.30pm that day.

A number of items were stolen and now, Cheshire Police is hoping the public can lend a hand.

PC Sam Needham said: “Our enquiries are ongoing, and we would urge anyone who witnessed this incident or saw anything suspicious around that time to get in touch with us.

“The same goes for anyone with CCTV, Ring doorbell, or dashcam footage which might aid our investigation.
