PICTURES have been shared showing inside the gutted Salt Cellar pub as work begins to transform it into a Miller & Carter steakhouse.

The team behind the conversion have set up a new Facebook page to share updates on the new restaurant, which will breathe life back into the former Harvester site.

Initially aiming for an April opening, the steakhouse is now due to open 'in early September'.

Posting on Facebook, a Miller & Carter spokesperson said: "Welcome to our new page, make sure to give us a follow to follow our journey of our new restaurant.
