THE building housing a Northwich town centre pub has been listed for sale.
Located in Witton Street, The Quayside building is being marketed by Christie & Co in Manchester at £800,000.
Comprising two storeys, the pub takes up the ground floor, with five individual businesses taking up the office space on the first floor.
A spokeswoman for The Quayside confirmed the pub would be unaffected by the sale, which is just for the building.

"The property has the advantage of both pavement seating and enclosed beer patio to the rear, the overall demise being some 878sqm over two floors.
"It is prominently located on Witton Street at its intersection with Venables Road within the main licensed and leisure circuit.
"The ground floors is a split-level open-plan trade area, served by a centrally located wooden bar servery, free-standing tables and chairs with fixed perimeter seating.
"It has a comprehensively equipped trade kitchen, food prep and glass wash area, office, and disabled toilet.
"One the first floor, there are independently accessed letting units/office space currently occupied by five individual businesses with communal kitchen, separate ladies and gents toilets, producing a total income of £21,000 per annum."
"Ancillary areas include a ground floor cellar, first floor ladies and gents toilet."
According to Rightmove, all fixtures and fittings are included in the sale.
The sale would be a freehold investment. The Quayside pub has a 20-year lease, from 2019, at a rental income of £45,000 per year, with a review planned for 2024.
