POLICE have warned people against setting fires in the current weather, after reports of anti-social behaviour in Kingsmead.
Police have had reports of youths starting fires in Poors Wood.
A statement for Davenham and Moulton Police said: "Patrols are are occurring within Poors Wood and again, if any youths are spotted in the areas that are now known to us, then anti-social behaviour police procedures will be brought against them.
"Starting fires within a wooded area, especially in this heat, is a huge safety concern.
"If anyone spots anything in and around the area, then please contact 101."
